“Formation”  This piece was created for a group show, and not only a direct translation of what I was going through at that point in my life- just finding out I was expecting, but also symbolizing the red as the female- blood life force and the terrestrial life force being intertwined by the blue as the male and the celestial life force transforming into the future.  Some theories of extra-terestial suggest ‘they’ are just a more evolved human, so to me, with each generation we are becoming more like ‘them’.
